Joie i-Prodigi i-Size – Eclipse

Joie i-Prodigi is a very impressive rear facing seat approved 40-125 cm, installed with Isofix and an amazing 22.5 kg rear facing weight limit.  It has of course passed the Plus Test, the toughest car seat standard in the world. Compact and light weight, approved for the new R129 (i-Size) car seat standard and with a very tall back lasting until age 6-7.  As of January 2023 one of only two rear facing seats in the world approved until 125 cm with Isofix.

i-Prodigi is approved from birth until 125 cm which is around 6-7 years.  It’s a compact seat fitting well in cars small to large.  Maximum weight of child is an impressive 22.5 kg which is incredibly unusual among Isofix seats. Included baby insert will keep the baby snug and comfortable from birth.  Remove insert as child grows.  Back is very tall, approved to 125 cm and in real life lasting slightly longer.  Installation with Isofix done in 15 seconds with an expandable anti-rebound bar providing good leg space for child.

The seat is easy to handle due to its extremely low weight of 9.6 kg.  Height of head support is adjusted with one hand in 8 positions. When entering and exiting with child harness is held to side of car seat with magnets.  Angle of seat is easily adjusted while driving and also in 8 positions. Guard Surround Safety protection will provide extra safety in collisions from the side.  Textile washable at 30 degrees and simply removed.
