Axkid UP – Driftwood Beige

UP is Axkid’s most advanced high back booster ever, developed for children up to 12 years (100–150 cm). Height of the seat cushion is adjustable and will adapt to height of your child ensuring great belt fit across the chest. When cushion is raised, the depth of the seat is shortened. The solid steel frame and integrated support leg contribute to increased stability and maximum safety.

Axkid UP is quickly installed with Isofix and can also be used where Isofix is ​​missing. Like in the front passenger seat or older cars. UP can be used both with and without the support leg. Seat is approved 100-150 cm for the R129 standard, normally 4-12 years, but we recommend children to sit rear facing far longer longer than four years.

The height-adjustable cushion is unique and only available with UP. It allows height to be adjusted with a simple handle making seat fit smaller and larger children equally well. Sides can be removed which saves a lot of space and also allow middle position in the back seat to be used in lots of cars.

Using middle seat is usually a huge problem. With all other high back boosters/booster cushions you get “buckle crunch” which means seat sitting on top of car’s seat belt. This is not practical and also very poor for safety. Back of UP is very narrow which means seat will work in middle position of most cars. Great flexibility and three seats can then often be installed next to each other.

Quickly fold seat when not in use and it will need little space. Height of the headrest is easily adjusted with one hand and textile is quickly removed for washing at 30 degrees.
