Axkid Modukid Seat – Premium shell black

Axkid Modukid Seat is a Plustested rear facing seat approved for the newer R129 (i-Size) car seat standard.  It’s approved 61-105 cm with a maximum weight of 28 kg which means rear facing to around 4 years. When placed on the Modukid Base it has six different positions for leg space. Your growing child will be comfortable as you can choose between compact installation for the small child and more legroom for the larger ones.   The seat is always used together with an Isofix base which is purchased separately.

The seat will fit well in small to large cars thanks to the Isofix base with flexible leg position.  Head support is self adjusting, a feature only found on seats produced by Axkid. Place child in the seat and pull crotch strap to tighten harness.  Head support will automatically move lower to correct position. This feature is also found in some other Axkid seats (Minikid 1/2/3/4, Movekid).  Seat has of course passed Plus Test, the world toughest car seat standard.

Height of head support can also be locked in any position by using the manual brake.  Especially useful for the youngest children.  The headrest is ergonomically developed with memory foam to focus on comfort.  The Sleep-Well-System allow reclining of the seat in 3 different positions while driving to make sure angle is always correct.

Axkid Modukid car seat comes with the ASIP, Axkid Side Impact Protection, which has been developed with a recognized crash institute in Germany. This will provide best possible protection for the child in the event of a side impact collision. ASIP should be used on the side of the car seat that is facing the vehicle door.

Fabric is free from chemicals, easily removed and machine washed in 30 degrees.
