Global shipping – We ship to 100+ countries

All seats are shipped from our store in Sweden.  We use a variety of postal couriers depending on destination in the world.  We mainly use Postnord, DPD, DHL and UPS.  Car seats and accessories are shipped daily Monday through Friday (mail services closed during Saturday and Sunday in Sweden)

Shipping to European Countries

Shipping of car seats to most European countries is free.  Some seats are charged a flat fee of €19 Euros per seat.  A few countries are excepted with slightly higher shipping fees (Finland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia). Shipping time varies depending on country and is normally between 3-5 business days. Slightly longer to Greece, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, etc.  If only accessories are purchased the shipping fee is €7.

Shipping to other countries

Shipping of car seats to other countries worldwide is a flat fee of €130 per seat and we ship to 100+ countries. If only accessories are shipped the shipping fee is €13.  If your country is not listed or you can’t select your country while checking out please contact us at info@carseat.se. After a tracking email has been provided the customer is responsible for keeping track of the package in a timely manner.   

Shipping time vary depending on destination.  It’s usually around 3-5 working days to US, Australia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Hongkong, New Zealand, etc.  Transit time will be longer to countries such as South Africa, Mexico, Peru, Thailand, Reunion, New Caledonia, etc.

Any potential customs or other charges for shipments outside of EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed or rejected packages

Smaller packages which are returned, unclaimed or rejected by the customer will be charged a fee of €25 for shipping, return shipping and administration.  Larger packages, such as car seats, which are unclaimed or rejected by the customer and shipped within EU will be charged a fee of €100.  Rejected packaged from countries outside EU which are originally charged €130 for shipping will be charged €170.
