Britax Swivel provide 360 degree rotation, is installed with Isofix and can be used from birth to around 7 years. Approved according to the newer standard R129 rear facing 40-105 cm (maximum weight 18 kg) and forward facing 76-125 cm. The goal is to use Swivel rear facing to about 4 years and then facing forward as a high back booster seat until 125 cm.
Seat is quickly rotated towards the door and makes entry and exit with child fast and easy. Swivel can be used rear facing 40-105 cm, forward facing with harness 76-105 cm and forward facing with seat belt 100-125 cm. Please note that we strongly recommend rear facing to at least age four, preferably longer. We advice against using Swivel forward facing with a harness.
Handle under front of seat will conveniently adjust both rotation and recline with one grip. Installation is done with Isofix in a few seconds and connectors now extend quickly independently of each other. For the very smallest children the included infant insert is used up to around 75 cm. Side wings are softly padded and provide good protection in collisions from the side. Head support is easily adjusted with one hand and harness will follow and always be in correct position. Recline is generous and enough to provide good sleep position regardless of age.
When Swivel is outgrown rear facing seat is installed with Isofix and used forward facing as a high booster seat up to 125 cm. The practical swivel function is still available and the built-in internal harness is then hidden behind textile. When needed textile is easily removed and washed at 30 degrees.
