Axkid ONE 2 + Brick Melange

Axkid ONE 2 + is an upgrade of the very popular Axkid ONE +.  This version of the seat has an extra infant insert and can be used from 40-125 cm. The new seat has over 150 upgrades although most of them are on the inside. Not visible but makes the seat easier and smoother to use.

New for Axkid ONE 2 +:

• New head support.  The new head support has a better geometry for increased comfort and safety.  Easier to find correct height thanks to one button adjustment.

• Improved harness. Some have reported harness rough to tighten and release.  New design means less friction and smoother function.

• New baby insert. Shaped differently and will adjust to shape of child.  The redesigned baby insert also has ventilation holes for better circulation.

• New textile.  Same colors but with more stretch for better fit.

• Improved ASIP. Design of the side impact protection is redesigned and now attached firmly without glue.

• Small interior adjustments.  The new seat contains over 150 upgrades.  Mostly on interior parts for smoother operation.

Axkid ONE 2 is the first of its kind. Ride rear facing in comfort from brith up to seven years of age.   The first seat in the world with Isofix approved to 23 kg (51 lbs) or 40-125 cm.  Axkid ONE 2 + is light weight, has the Axkid ASIP side protection, is incredibly compact, provide excellent recline recline, is easily installed in 30 seconds or less and has the best leg space of any rear facing seat.  And it has of course passed the ultra strict Plus Test.

Axkid ONE 2 + is one of the lightest Isofix seats ever produced weighing only 10 kg.  But light weight does not mean less secure and safe.  Axkid ONE 2 + has passed the Plus Test which is by far the toughest car seat standard in the world. Surrounding the seat is a super strong frame in steel and aluminium.  The seat itself is built in shock-absorbing materials to minimize crash forces upon impact.  Installation is done in 30 seconds or less by attaching the Isofix connectors, locking the anti-rebound bar and folding out the support leg. Indicators show correct installation to provide maximum safety.

Axkid ONE 2 + slides on a rail which means leg space for your child can be adjusted in seconds.  Use less leg space for the smallest children and slide the seat forward for the oldest to have them ride comfortably with great leg space up to seven years of age.  Seat can be pushed all the way back in “installation position” for easy placement of child in the seat.  No other Isofix seat comes even close to providing this kind of leg space.

Angle of the seat is quickly adjusted for good sleep position with a knob under front of seat.  Head support is adjusted with one hand in 12 positions and the patented ASIP side protection is used on the side near vehicle door for extra protection.  A thick baby cushion is included för use by younger children. And the smaller infant cushion is used by the youngest. Fabric is free of chemicals and can easily be removed for washing at 30 degrees.
